Returns and Exchanges

Sometimes a piece is not the right fit. ViCES accepts eligible returns initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Policy

• Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

To initiate a return, use the ViCES Returns Portal. For security, we recommend using a reputable courier with tracking.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. ViCES reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Exchanges

Size exchanges: Return the original item and, where inventory permits, we will arrange the replacement size.

Product exchanges: If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will be issued as store credit. If it is higher in value, we will provide instructions for paying the balance.
